Not great. I placed an order for two items on the 6th April, and got no information on estimated processing time. Their CS chat agent told me to just wait for my order to be shipped. I noticed a lot of customers are complaining on FB about their orders not being shipped for months. I cancelled in the end. From my experience, online retailers always inform of estimated processing time, even more so during the pandemic because of delays. Not informing your customers at all just isn't right. Before buying anything, I strongly advise to carefully read T&C section. Personally would take my business elsewhere.

I set an alarm for one of their recent launches just to have my order canceled a full day later without explanation. When I inquired about this, they only then explained that there was a glitch in their „third party platform“ but that I should totally by in their presale that will ship in 5 months. What kind of business behavior is that?
